Positions We Hire
Teacher
Posh Tot Learning Academy is a high-quality learning academy in the heart of Bentonville. We provide a warm, hands-on learning environment for students aged 6 weeks – 5 years. We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic Teachers to love and care for the precious children entrusted to us. Our teachers must have a great love and patience for children.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
- Collaborate with co-workers to develop and implement weekly lesson plans
- Maintain daily classroom schedules
- Communicate with parents regularly to share progress and understand the children’s needs
Skills:
- Prior childcare experience
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- Friendly and reliable
- Be at least 18 years of age
Compensation based on education and/or experience.
Floater (Part Time or Full Time)
Are you energetic; do you like variety in your day; do you love young children? We are looking for motivated and flexible individuals that can work with minimal supervision and easily transition between classrooms in our loving learning academy.
Primary responsibilities include: assisting teachers in the classroom, covering for teachers during lunch breaks and substituting as needed in classrooms when teachers are out. During these times you will need to maintain a safe and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that facilitates learning and promotes positive parent interaction.
Punctuality and dependability are a must; strong teamwork is required.
Applicants must have the ability to get up and down on the floor to play with children, and the ability to lift 30 lbs. to provide basic care to children.
Compensation based on education and/or experience.
Monday – Friday
Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers in the classroom
- Covering for teachers during lunch breaks and substituting as needed in classrooms when teachers are out.
