Abby Mabray

Center Director

Abby Mabray joined Posh Tot in August 2021 as Center Director. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from East Central University, and she’s licensed to teach in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Abby previously worked in a childcare facility in Oklahoma and, prior to accepting the position as Center Director, served as a floater here at Posh Tot. While in college, she saw the importance of fostering a positive learning environment that lets children engage in a variety of hands-on activities to meet their individual developmental needs.

Shortly after moving to Northwest Arkansas with her boyfriend in December 2020, she fell in love with the Bentonville community and the many things it has to offer. They enjoy hiking, going to farmers’ markets, and spending time with family and their newly adopted puppy. Abby plans to pursue her Master’s degree in the near future and looks forward to serving you and your family!

Debbie & Stephen Northington

Academy Owners

Debbie is the Academy Director and she and Stephen are the proud owners of Posh Tot Learning Academy of Bentonville, AR. They have been married for over 25 years and have two wonderful children.  Their son, Weston, attends Hendrix College in Conway, AR and their daughter, Kristina, is attending the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.  Our faith, our marriage, our children, and our community are the cornerstones of our lives.

The Northington family personally experienced the importance of having a safe, loving, and trusted childcare center at a time when they needed it the most.  Relocating to Arkansas, with two young children, demanding corporate jobs, and all extended family back in North Carolina, they needed a solution for their children that would bring them comfort.  Knowing that they were dropping their precious babies off every morning to a trusted, loving, learning environment gave them comfort and a great appreciation for early childhood education.

Now, they strive every day to bring this same level of comfort to their Posh families and the communities they serve in Northwest Arkansas

Debbie had a twenty year career as a corporate executive with Alltel Corporation and Windstream Corporation.  Stephen is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERprofessional and owner of Northington Investment Group.

Denise and her family moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2006 and have enjoyed every moment. As a mom of two boys that are Alumni of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, she greatly values a growing education.
